After suffering for many years with low energy, fluctuating weight, skin problems, IBS, and a variety of stress related symptoms, I discovered the benefits of Nutritional Therapy first hand which inspired me to move away from a lifestyle that wasn't serving me well. This journey brought me to change my career path so I could help others discover their full health potential. Life is too short to put up with feeling under par!

I undertook 3 years of rigorous training at the highly regarded College of Naturopathic Medicine (CNM) and completed clinical training under the supervision of experienced Nutritional Therapists. I also trained in Health Coaching which means I'm equipped to help you break free from habits that might be holding you back.

Since graduating in 2013 I have worked with many different clients with many different health issues. What they all have in common though is a busy life. And a busy life usually means our own self-care gets knocked down the priority list every day.

The focus of my support work is now very much centred on helping busy people develop strategies to achieve their 'best and healthiest life' in a way that works for them. This means nothing over complicated or time consuming! Just simple, achievable and positive diet and lifestyle changes with my personal support every step of the way.

I also work with organisations to promote workplace wellbeing and happy, healthy staff.
